Andy Ford and a team of Gen Z leaders in the Connect Region are reaching their generation in a growing area of Knoxville, equipping and training new leaders. The church had operated a coffee shop and market in a facility near a large number of young adults and students that had functioned as the central base for planting two churches in the area. Now the church is expanding beyond the market and shifting their focus to training and equipping young leaders to plant new discipleship communities and engage in spiritual conversations.
